Today, one of the biggest challenges in industrial decarbonization is developing sustainable processes that can move from the lab to industrial scale without compromising cost, efficiency, or performance.

DecaPlants is tackling this challenge by embedding sustainability into process development from the very beginning, helping industries develop better ways to produce while using less energy and emitting less CO₂. Our autonomous lab forms hypotheses, designs and runs its own experiments, and treats energy and CO₂ reduction as design targets from the first run, not afterthoughts.

Humans have always been makers: we turned fire into forges and chemistry into medicine, and every leap in civilization began with a better way to make things.

Today that ability is under pressure. Europe’s plants face the world’s highest energy and carbon costs, competitors are scaling faster, and the processes inside our factories were designed decades ago and are rarely revisited.
